I managed to do 16 minutes of Tae Bo yesterday morning followed by 20 minutes of yoga. To be honest, the yoga is a doddle because it’s only stretching but the Tae Bo is a little more energetic.
Anyhow, I felt much better all day and assisted with our kitchen upgrade by removing tiles from the wall and clearing up the subsequent mess.
I tried to make some banana bread but it went horribly wrong, it smelled delicious but was cooked on the outside and a horrible goo on the inside! I will never be a top chef 🙂
